• Rooms located on the 2nd to 5th floors
• Hotel reception/lounge planned for the 2nd floor
• 3 F&B (Food & Beverage) points planned on the ground floor
• Terrace designed for 2 bars and outdoor seating

• Study of the best global practices for mixed-use projects in similar central locations in large, non-touristic cities.
• Analysis of the land plot to determine the concept for the future project.
